    After my mom retired from her career in chartering Lear jets, and I stepped away from my own career in quality control specializing in Six Sigma Black Belt consultation, we both found ourselves missing the challenge and reward of building something meaningful. Our shared love for business and food sparked an idea: we purchased a food trailer and dove headfirst into the food scene. 

    We worked hard, networked relentlessly, and quickly built a loyal following. After a year, my mom decided to re-retire to focus on her favorite hobbies - pickleball and spending time with her grandkids - while I continued to grow the business. 

    Over time, my path evolved from operating a single food trailer to manufacturing high-quality, custom food trailers for customers across the United States and beyond. Today, I work with food entrepreneurs, small business owners, and culinary dreamers to help bring their visions to life.'
